Multimedia artist and cultural agitator. Founder and CEO of ElektrArt

Jon Astorquiza decides to found ElektrArt after 10 years directing the International Art and Technology Conferences Technarte in Bilbao and Los Angeles. During all this time, he weaves a strong international network of artists and cultural agents creating, programming and researching the relationship between Art, Science and Technology, which favors to acquire a global vision of the evolution of the most innovative artistic and cultural sector in the world.

He has designed artistic residencies in scientific environments and curated exhibitions of international artists. He regularly gives training and lectures on the importance of creative talent and the potential of the union between Art, Science and Technology, advises cultural entities on their adaptation and positioning in the digital environment and directs the production and conceptual design of art installations and ElektrArt projects.

Jacobo Noboa

Multimedia artist and music producer. Artistic Director of ElektrArt.

Jacobo Noboa is a multimedia visual artist with extensive experience in the design and production of musical events and audiovisual projects. As a music creator and producer, he runs his own label, Telurika, under which he composes for different radios and electronic music projects with influences from the Dub Techno/Electro genre and a sound focused on heavy bass with spacey atmospheres. Since 2007 he has been participating and organizing various projects and musical platforms focused on the dance floor and audiovisual entertainment.

He has been part of important events in the music scene, as well as in multiple clubs and platforms in several cities in Europe and South America such as Madrid, Barcelona, Shanghai, Quito or Brussels among others. He is currently in charge of the artistic direction of ElektrArt, from where he develops the conceptual line of the projects and the coordination of the creative team.
