Carolaren Arima (the Soul of Carola) is an artistic project to add value to the industrial and cultural Heritage of Bilbao and Bizkaia. It’s formed by a light and sound art installation in the Carola Crane in Bilbao which has been a muted witness of the urban transformation experimented in Bilbao during the last 40 years. The Art Installation takes us on an emotional journey around our past and the urban transformation experimented in Bilbao during the last four decades.
As a symbol of the city’s memory and a reference of the Itsasmuseum’s collection in Bilbao, it takes us on an emotional journey with a visual and sound installation for preserving the memory of the city.
The artistic installation to be enjoyed on-site is performed every Friday and Saturday at the surroundings of the Itsasmuseum in Bilbao.
