The future MUPAC, the Museum of Prehistory and Archaeology of Cantabria will be a reference in the cultural tourism of Santander and the region of Cantabria, as well as a reference in the transformation of the city, and considered a strategic project for the region. For its presentation to society and the press, we first designed different audiovisual contents to enhance its architecture, as well as other 3D animation works to impact the audience through an immersive presentation.
In order to generate a sense of immersion during its presentation at the Palacio de Festivales de Cantabria, we designed and created an immersive cave through video mapping and 3D design, in which the presentation of the new MUPAC took place. The feeling of immersion was reinforced by a soundscape, so that on entering the Sala Pereda of the Palacio de Festivales, the audience had the sensation of entering a prehistoric cave, conceptually linking the walls of the hall with the presentation of the project and the presence of political and cultural representatives. Similarly, we created different inspirational audiovisual content to emphasise the importance of the new Museum during the presentation with the policymakers.
During the presentation event, we also carried out the work of content management, as well as the preparation of the script for the presentation event.
