During the elections of Ecuador in 2017, we designed and performed a video mapping in the “The Monument to the Equator” (“Monumento a la Mitad del Mundo”), one the most important monuments in Quito sited at the Middle of the World City. The monument highlights the exact location of the Equator and commemorates the eighteenth century Franco-Spanish Geodesic Mission which fixed its approximate location.
We designed the full animated show for being projected over the The 30-meter-tall monument. The animmations included reference to the culture, traditions and nature of Ecuador.
